Lead daily learning for children ages 3–4 using the Reggio Emilia approach within a faith-based environment. Create engaging programs, document child development, and partner with families. Ensure continuous quality improvement and maintain a safe, inclusive centre.

Duties

Deliver early learning programs using Reggio Emilia principles.
n
Document, evaluate, and track individual child progress.
n
Drive continuous quality improvement aligned with the QIP.
n
Partner with families to support early child development.
n
Maintain a safe, inclusive, and engaging workplace.
n
n
Skills & experience
n
n
Bachelor-level Early Childhood Teaching qualification.
n
Queensland College of Teachers (QCT) registration (or eligibility).
n
Active alignment with Christian faith and Statement of Faith.
n
Robust NQF and EYLF framework application skills.
n
Demonstrated ability to build strong family relationships.
n
n
You will receive an attractive base salary of circa $89,200 to $128,471 PLUS Super (based on skills and experience) and great benefits, including:
