nAbout The Role n

Excellent prospect for a customer service superstar to join our supportive team as a Medical Receptionist in our fast-paced clinic, located at our Berwick clinic in a full-time capacity. The role also requires flexibility to travel and support nearby south metro Melbourne clinics when required.
n

As a medical receptionist you will be responsible for
n
n
n
n
Managing all phone enquiries in a timely, skilled and confidential manner
n
n
Front of house reception / greeting patients upon arrival
n
n
Schedule appointments for patients and referrers
n
n
Issue patient invoices/receipts and process Medicare rebates as required
n
n
Enter and update patient registration details
n
n
Ensure the reception and waiting area is clean and presentable at all times
n
n
n
n

Strong customer service and patient focus skills
n
n
Eagerness to learn

Excellent time management and organisational skills

High level of attention to detail and confidentiality

Ability to work autonomously, as well as part of a team

Experience in a Radiology background,



as well as exposure to Medicare services will be highly regarded

Drivers license and a car
