Job Description

Support the Finance Business Partner with financial analysis, reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business planning activities
n
Develop predictive analytics and provide insights supporting operational and strategic decision-making
n
Identify, analyse, and explain key drivers of financial performance and value creation
n
Monitor business performance against targets and support improvement initiatives
n
Provide commercial and financial decision support to business leaders and stakeholders
n
Challenge assumptions and identify opportunities to improve financial and operational outcomes
n
Ensure compliance with financial policies, processes, and governance requirements
n
Build strong relationships across the portfolio and contribute to a collaborative business partnering culture
n

Requirements
n
n
Bachelor's degree and post graduate qualifications in a relevant field such as Commerce, Accounting, Finance or Economics
n
CPA/CA (or progress towards) is preferred
n
Experience in financial analysis, management reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and business performance analysis
n
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful insights
n
Advanced Excel skills and experience working with financial and reporting systems
n
Excellent communication skills with the ability to present financial information to non-finance stakeholders
n




Strong stakeholder management skills and a collaborative approach to working across teams
n
