Store Manager
at our Karrinyup store! We're on the lookout for a fun and fashion-savvy leader who's all about creating a playful, customer-focused atmosphere while hitting sales targets. If you're motivated by fashion, driven by results and passionate about leading your team to success, this is the role for you!

This is a Full Time position with availability required for weekends, late-night shifts, and public holidays.

A Day in the Life:

Lead your team to achieve sales goals and smash KPIs while keeping the store upbeat and customer-centric.
n
Train, coach and develop your team to help them reach their full potential.
n
Manage stock, minimise loss and maximise your store's sales opportunities.
n
Maintain store standards with visual merchandising that inspires and excites.
n
Create a fun, safe and inclusive workplace for both your team and customers.
n
Manage the store roster to align with trading hours and sales goals.
n

What You'll Bring:

Proven leadership experience in retail, ideally with a fashion focus.

A passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience.
n
Ability to drive sales and achieve KPIs while managing operational costs.
n
Strong visual merchandising experience and an eye for detail.

A positive, energetic attitude and a passion for coaching a team.
