To succeed in this role, you will need to have a positive attitude and the ability to work well under pressure with bartenders, food runners, cooks, and other team members. Previous work experience involving customer service in a rapid-paced environment is greatly desired.

Key Manager Responsibilities:

Opening and closing procedures for the entire restaurant
n
100% table visits
n
Dealing with guest complaints
n
Making sure that the restaurant is always clean and properly organized
n
Dealing with daily restaurant issues
n
Conducting pre-shift with all team members
n
Cash and drawer audits
n
Counting money
n
Ability to run reports on the POS
n
Checking out hourly team members
n
