Position Overview:
n Our Australian client is an established property business specialising in the
n sales, leasing, marketing, and development of health, medical, and
n selected commercial property assets.
n They are seeking an experienced Marketing & Campaign Manager to
n manage end-to-end marketing campaigns across a portfolio of client
n properties, with a particular focus on the health and medical property
n sector.
n
n This is not primarily an internal brand or social media coordination role. The
n successful candidate will take ownership of client campaigns once a sales
n or leasing agreement has been signed. This includes managing paid
n advertising budgets, email campaigns, property listings, signage,
n information memorandums, brochures, leasing proposals, photography
n selection, and campaign reporting.
n
n The role requires someone who can make informed marketing decisions
n independently, manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, and
n understand how medical properties such as GP suites, allied health
n facilities, and specialist consulting rooms should be positioned differently
n from standard retail or office properties.
n
n Advanced experience in Meta advertising is essential, including campaign
n creation, audience targeting, retargeting, budget management,
n optimisation, and performance reporting.

Duties & Responsibilities n

Client Property Campaign Management
n • Manage end-to-end marketing campaigns for health, medical, retail,
n and commercial properties.
n • Take ownership of campaigns once a sales or leasing agreement has
n been signed.
n • Develop campaign strategies based on the property, location,
n tenancy type, and target audience.
n • Manage multiple client campaigns and property launches
n simultaneously.
n • Coordinate campaign timelines, budgets, approvals, deliverables,
n and external suppliers.
n • Make informed decisions regarding campaign channels, messaging,
n audiences, and budget allocation.
n • Ensure campaigns are delivered accurately, professionally, on time,
n and within budget.
n
Paid Advertising and Digital Marketing
n • Create, manage, and optimise paid advertising campaigns across
n Meta, including Facebook and Instagram.
n • Manage advertising budgets across multiple client property
n campaigns.
n • Develop audience targeting and retargeting strategies for healthcare
n tenants, buyers, investors, and property owners.
n • Monitor campaign performance and adjust budgets, creative material,
n messaging, and audiences where required.
n • Plan and manage email marketing campaigns supporting property
n sales and leasing.
n
• Track leads and ensure marketing enquiries are captured and
n directed appropriately.
n • Prepare campaign performance reports and provide
n recommendations for improvement.
n
Property Listings and Marketing Collateral
n • Create and maintain property listings on
realcommercial.com.au
and
n other commercial property platforms.




n • Write accurate and engaging listing copy tailored to medical,
n healthcare, and commercial audiences.
n • Select appropriate photographs and visual assets for listings and
n campaigns.
n • Coordinate property image editing, enhancement, and cleanup where
n required.
n • Create high-quality information memorandums, leasing proposals,
n sales proposals, brochures, and presentations.
n • Design signage and promotional material for property and building
n sites.
n • Ensure all listing information, imagery, branding, and property details
n are accurate and consistent.
n
Medical and Healthcare Property Marketing
n • Research Australian medical and healthcare property trends, tenancy
n types, and market requirements.
n • Understand how GP suites, allied health facilities, specialist
n consulting rooms, and healthcare developments should be marketed.
n • Tailor campaign messaging to appropriate healthcare operators,
n investors, buyers, and tenants.
n • Research competing properties, local demographics, healthcare
n demand, and surrounding services.
n
• Consider factors such as accessibility, parking, zoning, fit-out,
n location, and nearby healthcare services when developing
n campaigns.
n • Support the sales and leasing team with medical property research
n and market insights.
n
Brand, Content and Website Management
n • Maintain consistent branding across client campaigns and company
n marketing materials.
n • Create professional marketing collateral using Canva, Adobe
n Creative Suite, or similar tools.
n • Support the company's website, social media platforms, and internal
n brand activity as required.
n • Create and schedule content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram,
n and other relevant platforms.
n • Update website and property content using WordPress, Wix,
n Squarespace, or a similar CMS.
n • Optimise website and property content for SEO and lead generation.
n • Assist with landing pages, brand guides, campaign templates, and
n digital marketing assets.
n
Sales and Leasing Support
n • Prepare marketing proposals, leasing proposals, listing
n presentations, and pitch decks.
n • Assist the sales and leasing team with property launches,
n inspections, presentations, and client meetings.
n • Maintain accurate lead and campaign information within the
n company's CRM.
n • Communicate with clients and internal stakeholders regarding
n campaign approvals, deliverables, and performance.
n • Conduct market, competitor, tenancy, and property research to
n support sales and leasing strategies.
n
Process Management, Reporting and Automation
n • Maintain campaign calendars, workflows, checklists, templates, and
n project trackers.
n • Track campaign progress and identify potential delays or bottlenecks.
n • Document and improve marketing and sales processes.
n • Identify opportunities to introduce automation and improve
n productivity.
n • Use AI tools responsibly to support image editing, research,
n reporting, content creation,



and brand guide development.
n • Prepare reports covering advertising performance, digital
n engagement, lead generation, and campaign outcomes.
n • Maintain accurate records of campaign budgets, deliverables,
n approvals, and results.

Desired Experience & Qualification n

Qualifications & Experience:
n • Relevant qualification in Marketing, Communications, Digital
n Marketing, Property, or a related field.
n • Demonstrated experience managing marketing campaigns from
n planning through to reporting.
n • Advanced Meta advertising experience, including campaign creation,
n audience targeting, retargeting, budget management, optimisation,
n and performance analysis.
n • Experience managing paid advertising budgets across multiple
n campaigns.
n • Robust copywriting skills, particularly for property listings, proposals,
n brochures, advertisements, and client communications.
n • Experience creating professional collateral using Canva and/or
n Adobe Creative Suite.
n • Strong project and campaign management experience.
n
• Experience managing multiple clients, campaigns, or properties
n simultaneously.
n • Proficiency in CRM platforms and email marketing tools.
n • Website content management experience using WordPress, Wix,
n Squarespace, or a similar CMS.
n • Strong knowledge of SEO, lead generation, social media marketing,
n and digital campaign reporting.
n • Experience using AI tools for image editing, market research, content
n creation, reporting, or workflow improvement.
n • Excellent written and spoken English.
n • Previous experience in commercial property marketing is highly
n advantageous.
n • Experience within health, medical, healthcare, or specialist property
n marketing is strongly preferred.
n • Experience creating information memorandums, leasing proposals,
n property brochures, and commercial property listings is
n advantageous.
n • Knowledge of the Australian commercial or healthcare property
n market would be beneficial.
n • A portfolio containing relevant campaigns, brochures, proposals,
n advertisements, or property marketing work will be required.
