Position Details:
n
We're looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Food & Beverage Attendant to join our dynamic team at Pelican Waters Golf Club.
n
This is a
Casual or
Permanent Part Time
role working across a rotating Monday to Sunday roster.
Offering a minimum 20 hours per week (PT only)
including weekdays, weekends, and event shifts. This will include
Friday dinner service through to 10pm
.
n
Availability across Public Holidays, weekends & holiday periods is essential.
n You'll be responsible for delivering high-quality food and beverage service across the café, restaurant, bar, and function spaces - ensuring every guest enjoys a seamless and memorable experience.
n
Responsibilities:
n
n
n




Providing the highest quality service to customers through personalized service and handling enquiries in a prompt and professional manner;
n
n
Prepare, present and serve food items & beverages (including coffee & alcoholic beverages), including full restaurant table service;
n
n
Responsible for handling all POS & eftpos transactions;
n
n
Perform opening and closing duties for our Café, bar & restaurant as required;
n
n
Assist in the set up, service and pack down of events/functions held at the Golf Club;
n
n
Maintain cleanliness of food and beverage equipment along with presentation of function areas and cafe;
n
n
Working collaboratively within a team environment, sharing a joint commitment to executing service to the highest level.
n
n
What We're Looking For:
n
We are looking for someone who shares our values and belief that respect, passion, community, impact & safety underpins all the work we do.
n
To excel in this role, you will bring:
n
n
n
Minimum 3 years Food & Beverage experience in either a Café, Restaurant, Bar or Event/functions environment;
n
Experience in table service setting is essential;
n
Barista &/or cocktailing making experience highly regarded;
n
n




Demonstrated commitment of delivering a professional and personalised customer service experience;
n
n
Current Safe Food Handling Certificate
essential;
n
n
Current Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
essential;
n
n
Current C Class drivers licence.
n
