Job Description
n
As a Partnership Manager, you'll work with national employers to build sustainable recruitment partnerships that deliver positive outcomes for both businesses and job seekers.
n
You'll act as a trusted advisor to employers, helping them attract diverse talent while creating meaningful employment pathways for our clients.
n
This is a relationship-driven role where you'll combine account management, stakeholder engagement and workforce solutions expertise to drive growth and impact.
n
What You'll Be Doing:
n
n
Develop and manage strategic relationships with major employers
n
Identify and create high-volume employment opportunities
n
Design and deliver innovative workforce solutions
n
Co-design inclusive recruitment programs and hiring pathways
n
Support interviews, placements and onboarding activities
n
Analyse employer recruitment processes and identify improvement opportunities
n
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver sustainable employment outcomes
n
Monitor partnership performance and achieve agreed KPIs
n
Promote diversity, inclusion and accessible employment practices
n
n
Qualifications
n
You'll be someone who enjoys building relationships, influencing decision-makers and creating mutually beneficial outcomes.
n
Ideally you'll have:
n
n
Experience in account management, partnerships, recruitment, sales or business development
n
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills
n
Commercial acumen and a results-focused mindset
n
Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills
n
Ability to work autonomously while managing multiple priorities
n
Strong organisational and administration skills
n
Confidence engaging with stakeholders across a range of industries
n
A current Australian Driver Licence
n
