Senior Associate through to Director level
, across a range of tax specialisations.
Areas of Experience n
n
Corporate & Australian Income Tax
– compliance, tax advisory, tax provisions, governance and ATO matters
n
Financial Services Tax
– banking, insurance, superannuation and broader financial services
n
Investment Management & Funds Tax
– asset management, managed funds, private equity, infrastructure, real assets and investment structures
n
International Tax
– cross-border structuring, multinational tax matters, BEPS and Pillar Two
n
Tax Advisory & Structuring
– transactions, acquisitions, divestments, restructures and complex tax advisory
n
Who We're Looking For n




We are interested in professionals with:
n
n
Strong
Australian income tax experience
n
Experience within
Big Four, mid-tier or other skilled services firms
n
Strong technical, commercial and client-facing capabilities
n
Relevant
CA, CPA, CTA or legal qualifications
n
n
For
Senior Manager and Director
candidates, demonstrated experience in client relationship management, team leadership and business development will be highly regarded.
