A senior leadership chance to lead the quality, consistency and efficiency of end-to-end advice delivery across a leading wealth management group. This role will oversee Associate Advisers, Paraplanning and Client Services, with a strong focus on service standards, operational discipline and continuous improvement.

The prospect
n
Keegan Adams is partnering with a leading wealth management group to appoint a Head of Advice Enablement & Delivery. This critical leadership role is responsible for ensuring advice is delivered to a consistently high standard, within agreed service levels and through clear operating rhythms, solid hand-offs and well-led support teams. Working closely with the Heads of Advice, Compliance, Operations and Technology, you will improve delivery performance, strengthen adviser enablement and build a scalable advice support model.

Your responsibilities

Own the end-to-end advice delivery model, ensuring work is completed accurately, efficiently and in line with agreed service standards.
n
Set clear accountability for turnaround times, quality, hand-offs, workflow discipline, capacity and client outcomes.
n
Design and continuously improve scalable workflows,



service standards and operating practices to reduce bottlenecks, rework and inefficiencies.
n
Lead and develop the Associate Adviser, Paraplanning and Client Services teams as a high-performing, accountable delivery function.
n
Own workforce and capacity planning across the delivery teams, aligning resources to demand, priorities and growth objectives.
n
Own and continuously improve the Qualified Year program and structured pathways for Associate and Provisional Advisers.

Skills and experience
n
n
Extensive experience in financial advice delivery, paraplanning leadership or advice-adjacent management within financial services.
n
Strong working knowledge of the end-to-end advice process, including advice preparation, modelling and implementation.
n
Demonstrated experience improving service delivery timeframes, workflow design, operational efficiency and technology-enabled solutions.
n
Strong understanding of advice compliance considerations and how to embed quality controls within delivery processes.
n
Proven people leadership and stakeholder management capability, with the ability to lead through change and influence cross-functional teams.
n
Experience using data and performance reporting to monitor service levels, quality, productivity and capacity.
n
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and XPlan; workflow and document automation experience is highly regarded.
n
A relevant degree is desirable.
