Remuneration:
ASO2 ($66,442 - $69,504) plus 12% superannuation
We have multiple opportunities available for
Business Support Officers
to join our
Legal Services
Directorate. Based in
Keswick
, you will be responsible for providing high-level customer service and administrative support. You will respond to enquiries, assist with records management and ensure that information provided to clients and stakeholders is timely and accurate.
As a Business Support Officer at the
Department for Child Protection,
you will have the opportunity to contribute to the important work we do. You will work alongside a supportive team, bringing your skills to an organisation committed to making a difference.
In this role, you will:
Assist in providing responses to requests for information relating to litigation and investigations
Attend to incoming enquiries in a highly efficient and friendly manner
Create and maintain files on the client information system and other records management programs
Action timely and accurate searches, retrievals and returns of client records
Ensure the prompt recording of applications, hearing outcomes and court orders from the Courts Administration Authority.
About you:




You communicate effectively both verbally and in writing with clients, staff and stakeholders
You have strong attention to detail and a focus on accuracy, with the ability to follow processes and take corrective action where required
You can organise priorities, meet deadlines and work well under pressure
You are confident using Microsoft Office programs and standard office equipment
You work collaboratively and positively to build effective relationships and deliver quality, timely services in a changing workplace.
