About the Role
n
Due to the strong growth we are currently experiencing within the Tweed Heads & Ballina regions, we are seeking a highly motivated sales professional to join our team of local experts. You'll be based in our Tweed Heads Design Studio & Ballina Display Homes and your region will extend from the QLD/NSW border, south to Ballina & Lismore. As a multi award winning builder you will be joining a team with an enviable reputation for excellence.

Your responsibilities will include:

Understanding individual customer's needs and providing them with workable solutions to suit their requirements
n
Conversion of leads to sales
n
Fostering customer relationships
n
Utilising computer software applications and good administration practices
n
Attention to detail throughout the sales process
n

About You
n

Experienced Sales Professional:You are a passionate sales professional with a proven ability in conversion of leads to sales.
n
Passionate & Enthusiastic:You have a genuine interest in the new home building industry and are eager to help families build their dream homes.
n
Excellent Communicator:You have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, enabling you to build rapport with customers and present information clearly.
n
Tech-Savvy:You're comfortable using CRM systems and various online platforms.
n
Organised & Detail-Oriented:You can manage multiple tasks efficiently and maintain accurate records.
n
Highly Motivated & Results-Oriented:You're a self-starter with a strong work ethic and a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
n
Customer-Focused:You're dedicated to providing outstanding customer service and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales journey.
n
Proactive & Networker:You have a go-getter attitude and proactively seek out new business opportunities, building strong relationships with key stakeholders in the local community.
n
New Home Industry Experience (Preferred):Prior experience as a New Homes Consultant or in a similar role within the recent home building industry is an advantage.
n
Valid Driver's Licence:You possess a current driver's licence and clean record.
