: $90,000 – $110,000 + super
Accommodation
: You will have FREE accomodation provided when you are working the 7 days on shift only then after the shift, you will go back to wherever you live

About the Role
n We are seeking a reliable and experienced
Maintenance Fitter
to join our team at a well-established
food manufacturing facility in Robinvale, Victoria
. This role operates on a
7 days on / 7 days off roster
, providing an excellent work-life balance while working within a modern production environment.
n During your 7-day shift block,
accommodation will be provided
, making this an ideal opportunity for candidates based in Melbourne or other locations who are open to working regionally.

Key Responsibilities
n

Perform preventative and breakdown maintenance on food processing and packaging equipment
n




Diagnose mechanical faults and implement effective repairs
n
Support continuous improvement initiatives to improve plant reliability and efficiency
n
Work closely with production teams to minimise downtime
n
Ensure all work is completed in accordance with
food safety and OH&S; standards
n
n
About You
n
n
Trade qualified
Fitter / Fitter & Turner / Mechanical Fitter
n
Robust troubleshooting and fault finding skills
n
Ability to work both independently and as part of a maintenance team
n
Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability
n
n
