Job Description n
We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused
Parts Interpreter
to join our team at our
Tamworth branch.
n
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building strong customer relationships and delivering exceptional service. Working alongside a supportive and experienced team, you'll be responsible for helping customers identify and source the right parts to keep their vehicles on the road.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Interpret and identify heavy vehicle parts requirements
n
Provide exceptional service to trade, fleet and workshop customers
n
Process customer orders accurately and efficiently
n
Prepare quotations and follow up sales opportunities
n
Maintain and develop strong customer relationships
n




Work closely with warehouse and branch teams to ensure timely order fulfilment
n
Assist with inventory enquiries and stock availability
n
Contribute to achieving branch sales and service targets
n
n
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast-paced setting and takes pride in delivering solutions to customers.
Qualifications n
What you'll need:
n
n
Previous Parts Interpreting experience within automotive, truck, commercial vehicle or related industries is highly regarded
n
Strong customer service and sales skills
n
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
n
Good computer literacy and administration skills
n
Current driver's licence
n
Mechanical aptitude or an interest in vehicles will be highly regarded
n
