Everyday Independence – Sydney South West Suburbs NSW seeks a Youth Lead Practitioner to support adolescents and young adults aged ***** as they navigate life with a disability. You will lead an interdisciplinary team, plan NDIS therapy packages, and work across homes, schools and community settings to help clients reach personal and life goals.
