Job Description Collaborate across departments to provide financial insights and recommendations Support budgeting and forecasting processes to ensure alignment with business goals Analyse financial performance and identify areas for improvement Report to the senior stakeholders with commentary around financial performance Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic decision-making processes Monitor key performance indicators and recommend corrective actions as needed The Successful Applicant CA or CPA qualification Strong modelling experience and reporting, with broad BI use advantageous Proven track record of influencing key decisions and striving for business improvements Combination of a solid analytical mindset and commercial acumen Strong stakeholder engagement and management skillset Adaptable and able to work in a fast-paced environment What's on Offer Competitive salary between $150,000 and $175,000 AUD plus superannuation Flexible working arrangements with a 3/2 split Collaborative and fun work culture
