Job Description We are looking for a friendly, organised and proactive Site Administrator to join our Casino manufacturing site on a part-time basis.
This is a varied role that sits at the heart of our site, supporting the smooth day-to-day operation of our front-of-house, administration, visitor management, retail shop, and general site activities.
As a key point of contact for our team members, visitors, customers and external stakeholders, you will help create a welcoming and professional experience while providing essential administrative support across the site.

What You Will Do:
1. Reception, Visitor Site Support: Be the welcoming face of the Casino site by managing reception, visitor access and registrations, incoming calls, site supplies, first aid requirements and general administration to keep the workplace organised and professional.
2. Mail Logistics Administration: Managing mail, packages, couriers and the site sample process.
3. Retail Shop Events: Manage the day-to-day operation of the site retail shop, including customer service, inventory, stock control and financial reporting, while also coordinating site events, celebrations, catering and customer or international visits.
4. General Administration: This role will support with general administration across the site as required.
Qualifications What You Wil Bring to the Table: Previous experience in administration, reception,
customer service or a similar role Experience supporting an office or workplace environment Strong proficiency across Microsoft Office and the ability to learn and use multiple software applications Excellent written and verbal communication skills Solid organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities High attention to detail and a strong focus on accuracy Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills Ability to work collaboratively with people across different teams and levels of the organisation A high level of professionalism, integrity and confidentiality Who You Are: Approachable and friendly – you enjoy being the first point of contact and creating a positive experience for others Organised and reliable – you can manage multiple priorities and keep things running smoothly A confident communicator – you are comfortable interacting with team members, visitors and stakeholders A problem solver – you are comfortable taking initiative and finding practical solutions Detail-focused – you understand the importance of accuracy, compliance and good administration A team player – you enjoy working collaboratively and contributing to a positive site culture Adaptable – you're comfortable working in a quick-paced manufacturing environment where priorities can change Additional Information Ready to Join Us?
