validation and QA Maintaining and updating asset registers GIS data analysis and spatial information Asset valuations and revaluations Asset lifecycle and renewal planning Data reconciliation and reporting Improving asset management processes and systems Supporting Asset Management Plans and frameworks Ideal Candidates Will Have Previous Asset Management, Asset Data or GIS experience Local Government experience highly regarded Strong data analysis, validation and reporting skills Experience with Confirm, Conquest, ArchGIS or similar asset management systems GIS or analytical capability highly regarded Understanding of infrastructure asset valuations desirable Strong attention to detail and stakeholder engagement skills These roles offer a mix of metro and regional opportunities , including adaptable/hybrid arrangements and a part-time regional contract .
