Lead and deliver Data & Analytics projects on time, within scope, and to agreed quality standards
n
Design and develop high-quality business and technical solutions that improve performance and unlock opportunities for clients
n
Take ownership of work with autonomy, accountability, and a solutions-focused mindset
n
Translate complex requirements into clear, effective Data & Analytics solutions for technical and non-technical audiences
n
Stay ahead of industry, technology, and methodology trends
n
Lead small to medium project teams, providing technical and team leadership
n
Coach and mentor junior team members
n
Build and maintain robust data pipelines, implement data engineering solutions, and ensure data quality and accuracy
n
Contribute to proposals, identify new opportunities, and support Altisʹ growth
n
Help develop and refine Altis methodologies and project collateral
n
n
Requirements
n
n
Experience linking and translating business requirements into Data Warehouse, Business Intelligence, and Analytics solutions
n
Data integration with a variety of data sources and tools to extract, transform, and load data
n
Positive skills in data modelling, data ingestion, and ETL design
n
Experience in cloud Technologies (AWS or Microsoft Azure is highly desirable)
n
Strong problem-solving skills and awareness of industry trends
n
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
n
A background in consulting and professional services
n




Tertiary qualification in an IT-related subject, or relevant work experience
n
5–7 years of consulting and implementation experience
n
5–7 years broad IT experience
n
5+ years experience of leading data & analytics tools
n
5+ years delivering projects in a client facing environment
n
Experience using Data Bricks is essential
n
Must be an Australian Citizen
n
