Job Description Key responsibilities include but not limited to: Reconciling statutory financial statements and audit adjustments to monthly management reporting Supporting the migration of financial data from one system to another (Oracle) Reviewing balance sheet reconciliations and validating system data uploads Enhancing the finance control framework and reporting governance Ad hoc project accounting work as requested by SLT Investigating and resolving discrepancies across systems, reports, and underlying financial data Driving improvements in data accuracy, integrity, and reporting quality to support Executive and Board-level decision-making The Successful Applicant A successful candidate should have/be:
CA/CPA Audit background highly regarded A strong background in accounting and finance within the industrial or manufacturing sector.
Proven ability to manage financial operations and reporting processes effectively.
Experience working in an organisation experiencing transformation (ERP upgrade, implementation, business separation, acquisitions etc.) Knowledge of Australian accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Proficiency in financial software and tools.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
