Responsibilities
• Assist with food preparation and basic kitchen dutiesn
n• Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipmentn
n• Maintain cleanliness of kitchen, prep areas, and storage areasn
n• Assist chefs during service when requiredn
n• Take out rubbish and keep waste areas cleann
n• Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all timesn
n• Support the team during busy service periodsn
n• Ensure kitchen is clean and organised at the end of each shift
Skills
• Previous kitchen or hospitality experience preferred (training provided)n
n• Ability to work in a fast-paced environmentn
n• Reliable, punctual, and hardworkingn
n• Good teamwork and communication skillsn
n• Ability to follow instructions and kitchen proceduresn
n• Physically fit and able to stand for long periodsn
n• Must have the right to work in Australia
