Job Description Join the dynamic Food Beverage team at Pullman Sydney Hyde Park.
We're seeking an enthusiastic and experienced Food and Beverage Supervisor who thrives in a fast paced environment and has a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences.
In this role you will lead and inspire our Food Beverage team to deliver outstanding and unforgettable moments for our guests What You'll Be Doing: Lead by example to deliver warm, professional service across our restaurants, bar, and events spaces.
Oversee our daily F B operations as required.
Collaborate with our kitchen and conference and events sales team.
Assist in training, and mentoring recent and existing team members.
Maintain high standards of hygiene, cleanliness, and presentation across outlets.
Ensure guests' dietary and allergen requirements are met with care and accuracy.
Assist in creating and implementing innovative F B promotions and champion upselling.
Monitor stock control and breakage reporting.
Qualifications About You: Strong leadership skills and previous experience in leading a team within the hospitality industry.
Current RSA Certificate.




Working collaboratively with various departments.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Strong understanding of food and beverage service, wine and cocktail knowledge is a bonus.
Positive, proactive and calm under pressure.
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a hands-on approach with eye for detail and accuracy.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, late evenings and weekends.
