Hamilton Harbour Residential Pty Ltd Position: ICT Support Technicians nec Location: Hamilton, QLD **** Salary: $80,000 Full-time Our Business Hamilton Harbour Residential Pty Ltd operates residential accommodation and onsite property management services at Hamilton Harbour Residences in Hamilton, Queensland.
The business relies on computer systems, network connectivity, software applications and digital communication tools to support property management, resident and tenant services, administration and efficient day-to-day operations.
The Role We are currently seeking an experienced ICT Support Technicians nec to join our team full-time.
The role is responsible for supporting, configuring, maintaining and improving the computer systems, software applications, network-connected equipment and digital infrastructure used across Hamilton Harbour Residential's property management and onsite operations.
As an ICT Support Technicians nec at Hamilton Harbour Residences, you will undertake technical configuration, software deployment, systems maintenance, hardware and peripheral support, network troubleshooting, system testing and documentation to help ensure the organisation's ICT setting operates reliably and efficiently.
The position also supports ICT systems used for property management, resident and tenant communication, administration and other onsite operational activities.
The Tasks for the position include: ·Installing, configuring, testing and maintaining computer systems, workstations, peripheral equipment and other ICT devices used across the business.
·Configuring and maintaining operating systems, software applications and system settings to support business and operational requirements.
·Packaging, installing, deploying and updating software applications across company devices and ensuring applications are configured correctly for operational use.
·Diagnosing and resolving technical faults involving computer hardware, operating systems, software applications, peripheral devices and network connectivity.




·Assisting with the installation, configuration and maintenance of local network equipment, wired and wireless connectivity and internet-connected systems.
·Monitoring the operation and performance of ICT systems and identifying technical faults, equipment failures or configuration issues requiring corrective action.
·Testing hardware, software and system changes following installation, configuration, upgrades or repairs to ensure systems operate as required.
·Repairing, replacing and configuring computer peripherals and ICT equipment, including monitors, printers, network devices and associated hardware.
·Maintaining user accounts, system access and application permissions in accordance with authorised business requirements and organisational procedures.
·Maintaining and supporting ICT systems and applications used for property management, resident and tenant communication, administration and onsite operational activities.
·Assisting with system upgrades, software releases, equipment replacement and migration of data or applications between devices where required.
·Maintaining technical records relating to ICT assets, software licences, system configurations, maintenance activities, faults, troubleshooting actions and equipment replacements.
·Liaising with external ICT providers, software vendors, internet service providers and telecommunications providers in relation to technical faults, system upgrades, repairs and specialist support.
·Implementing routine system updates, security patches, backup procedures,



endpoint protection and basic ICT security controls in accordance with company procedures.
·Determining hardware and software requirements and assisting management to assess equipment, application and ICT infrastructure needs.
·Investigating recurring system or equipment issues and recommending practical technical improvements to increase reliability, usability and operational efficiency.
·Providing technical assistance to staff in the effective use of supported systems and equipment, and escalating complex or specialist issues to external providers where required.
Skill Requirements ·Minimum qualification of an Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Information Technology, ICT or a related field.
·Minimum of 1 year of proven experience as a ICT Support Technicians nec, preferably within the property field or similar setting.
·Strong ability to diagnose and resolve hardware, operating system, software, peripheral and network connectivity problems in a timely and methodical manner.
·Practical experience installing, configuring, testing and maintaining computer systems, software applications, printers, peripherals and network-connected equipment.
·Sound understanding of software deployment, system configuration, user access, routine security updates, backups and basic ICT infrastructure maintenance.
·Ability to maintain accurate technical records and documentation relating to ICT assets, software, system configurations, maintenance, faults and support activities.
·Strong communication, organisational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with management, staff, external ICT providers, software vendors and telecommunications providers.
