About the Firm Team Our client is a major corporate law firm, an independent powerhouse.
They are trusted advisors to institutional clients and government bodies.
You will be stepping into an incredibly successful, front-end heavy Construction Infrastructure practice, working directly alongside a highly ranked and stand out partner.
This team acts for major institutional clients, delivery consortia, and governments on state-significant, multi-billion-dollar infrastructure, renewable energy, and PPP projects.

Key Responsibilities Draft and negotiate complex project documentation across major capital works,



EPC/EPCM frameworks, PPPs, and joint ventures.
Provide strategic procurement, risk allocation, and contract administration advice directly to Tier-1 contractors, principals, and government bodies.
Mentor and guide junior legal talent in the team Act as a trusted senior advisor and maintain deep, collaborative client relationships alongside the partner.
About You A senior Construction Lawyer (ideally 7+ years pae) with a robust background in front-end major projects or complex project delivery advice.
Excellent commercial acuity with the ability to navigate high-stakes, multi-party negotiations seamlessly.
A collaborative mindset—someone who values a high-performing yet supportive, human-centric culture.
