Fetch Recruitment are currently looking to speak to HSEQ Coordinators for a long-standing Tier 2 Commercial builder.
The Builder: A company with over a century of years industry exposure and a true Victoria industry leader in the commercial construction space.
Projects varying in size, valuing anywhere up to $50m.
Excellent history of delivering complex projects in the commercial, education and health sectors.
The Role: Roaming HSEQ Coordinator - projects situated throughout regional Victoria – mainly Shepparton.
Split week consisting of travelling to multiple sites projects valuing up to $50m.
Ability to ensure compliance with industry regulations, site safety protocols, and company HSEQ policies.
Review/report on matters pertaining to OH S on site.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to address HSE issues promptly and effectively.




Directly report to/collaboratively work alongside the company HSEQ Manager/Site managers to plan ongoing OH S requirements.
Review sub-contractor SWMS.
Lead comprehensive on-site safety audits: Identify potential hazards, ensure compliance with safety standards, and recommend corrective actions to maintain a secure working environment.
Effective administration and communication with subbies, project management and client/s Must have: 3 years+ experience in a similar OH S/WHS/HSR role Minimum Certificate 4 in OHS/WHS.
MUST have experience using Hammertech Ideally have commercial construction knowledge.
