The Role We are looking for an individual with proven leadership skills to lead a dedicated team in the community services sector.
Lead and support a multidisciplinary team Oversee daily service delivery to ensure quality, compliance and positive client outcomes Provide supervision, performance management and professional development to staff Manage stakeholder relationships, complaints and operational risk Monitor budgets, reporting and regulatory requirements Contribute to continuous improvement and service development initiatives The Benefits Exercise during work hours.
