This senior leadership role has full P L accountability for revenue and EBITDA , including sales, service, and operational functions.
As part of the Trend leadership team, you will contribute to the overall strategy and direction of the business while managing a large operational manufacturing plant and showrooms with just over 120 employees.
Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Drive QLD sales growth and lead QLD operations.
Operational Excellence: Ensure safe, efficient operations with a focus on productivity and ROI.

About You Proven leader with multi-functional experience in a national organisation.

Diploma or higher qualification in engineering/ materials or related discipline (Bachelor's/Master's desirable).
