The Role As Change Manager, you will lead the people and business change components of a significant digital transformation program, ensuring teams are prepared, engaged and supported through new technology, processes and ways of working.
Lead change management activities across a complex digital transformation program Develop and execute change strategies, plans and communications aligned to program objectives Work closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand impacts and drive successful adoption Conduct change impact assessments across processes, systems, roles and ways of working Develop stakeholder engagement, communication, training and adoption plans Partner with program and project teams to ensure business readiness is embedded throughout delivery Identify and manage change risks, resistance and adoption challenges Engage with senior stakeholders, leaders and impacted teams to build understanding and commitment Support the transition of new technology, processes and operating models into business-as-usual Track and report on change readiness, adoption and key people-related risks and dependencies What You'll Bring 7+ years' experience in Change Management,



ideally within large-scale technology or digital transformation programs Proven experience leading change across complex, multi-workstream transformation programs Strong experience with change impact assessments, stakeholder engagement, communications, training and adoption Demonstrated ability to work across both business and technology teams Robust stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders and engage diverse stakeholder groups Experience managing resistance, ambiguity and competing priorities within complex organisations Highly structured, proactive and outcomes-focused approach Experience working across Agile and/or traditional delivery environments Relevant qualifications in Change Management, Business, Project Management or a related discipline Experience with organisational change frameworks and methodologies such as Prosci/ADKAR would be advantageous What's a Rich Text element?
