? We're looking for enthusiastic, reliable and fun-loving people to join the **** Christmas crew , helping create magical experiences for children and families throughout the festive season.
Whether you're an experienced Santa, photographer, a people-person who loves working with families, or simply someone who brings incredible Christmas energy - we'd love to hear from you!
? SANTAS Bring Santa to life and create magical experiences for children and families Warmly engage with children of all ages and personalities Pose for Santa photos and help create memorable moments Work closely with the photography and Elf teams to keep sessions running smoothly Bring plenty of warmth, patience, personality and Christmas spirit!
Previous Santa experience is fantastic, but not essential.
If you're naturally warm, confident, outstanding with children and think you could make a brilliant Santa, we'd love to hear from you.

PHOTOGRAPHERS Capture beautiful Santa photos and genuine family moments Confidently photograph people, children and families Create a relaxed and enjoyable experience in front of the camera Work closely with Santa and the wider Christmas team Training on PromoWorks equipment and systems will be provided Previous people-focused photography experience is highly desirable.

PHOTOGRAPHER ASSISTANTS Support photographers throughout busy Santa sessions Help prepare families and children for their photos Assist with the smooth flow of customers through the experience Provide friendly, energetic customer service Support the wider team wherever needed ? ELF PATROL / CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE Welcome children and families into the Christmas experience Help manage queues and customer flow Keep children entertained and excited while they wait Support Santa, photographers and assistants Bring plenty of energy, personality and Christmas cheer!
? WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR Above everything else, we're looking for people who are: Warm, friendly and confident with children and families Reliable and committed throughout the Christmas period Comfortable working in a busy, customer-facing environment Energetic, positive and ready to get involved Available across the required campaign dates, including weekends Personality and reliability are just as important to us as previous experience.
