We are looking for an experienced Shift Manager to join us.
We strongly prefer experienced in the food manufacturing industry (esp noodles) and in customer service.
Reporting to the Factory Operations Manager.
What You'll Be Doing
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and industry standards.
Ensure that finished food products are manufactured consistently and meet the required quality standards and production instructions.
Supervise and ensure compliance with personnel hygiene & safety standards.
Manage manpower: hire, train and coach Production Team Members to meet job requirements.
Ensure all working areas are kept clean and in proper working order.
Ensure adequate maintenance of machinery.
Identify and address production issues.
Manage raw ingredients inventory records and communicate with Order & Delivery Manager regarding ready-to-go inventory.
Maintain accurate documentation of batch and lot records.




Ensure on-schedule market launches of new products in accordance with business unit.
Gap runner - Sydney area only.
Maintain open communication with delivery persons, production team and customer service representatives.
Provide customer support related to deliveries, including missed deliveries, damaged packages, or incorrect items.
Organise and oversee interstate stock transportation.
What Will Make You Successful
Proven team leader with a focus on collaboration, quality, and efficiency.
Strong background in Food Manufacturing or a Degree/Diploma in Food Science or Engineering.
3+ years of relevant experience.
Strong people management skills with a clear focus on continuous improvement and team engagement.
Solid communication and problem-solving skills.
