Key Responsibilities:
Oversee all hotel operations during the overnight shift, ensuring a seamless guest experience
Act as the senior manager on duty, handling any guest enquiries, complaints, or incidents with professionalism and efficiency
Conduct night audit procedures, ensuring accuracy across financial reporting and system reconciliation
Maintain a strong presence in the lobby and key guest areas, delivering a high level of personalised service
Ensure all security, safety, and WHS procedures are followed, including incident management and reporting




Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure operational readiness for the following day
Monitor arrivals, departures, and room allocations to ensure optimal guest flow
Lead and support the overnight team, fostering a positive, accountable, and high-performing culture
Handle emergency situations calmly and effectively, acting as the key point of contact overnight
Prepare and distribute relevant daily reports and handovers for senior leadership
What You'll Bring:
Proven experience in a Night Manager, Duty Manager, or senior Front Office role within a hotel environment
Robust understanding of night audit processes, financial reconciliation, and hotel systems
Exceptional guest service skills, with the ability to manage complex situations confidently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a natural ability to lead and influence a team
High level of organisation and attention to detail
Ability to work independently, make decisions, and remain calm under pressure
Solid understanding of hotel operations, safety, and compliance standards
A proactive, hands-on approach with a strong sense of accountability
Flexibility to work overnight shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Experience with hotel PMS systems (e.g. Opera or similar) highly regarded

Salary: $83,******+ superannuation + eligible bonus
