The Company Join a large and established organisation within the utilities sector, supporting a growing B2B commercial function in Melbourne.
Operating within a complex enterprise environment, the business is seeking an experienced Salesforce Sales Support professional to provide additional capability across its sales operations function during a busy period.
The Role This is an initial three month day rate contract with strong potential to extend for the right person.
Working primarily within Salesforce CRM, you will support a busy B2B sales team across opportunity loading, CRM data management, email triaging and general sales administration.
This role will suit someone who has previously supported a corporate sales function and is confident navigating Salesforce and managing high volumes of sales and customer information.
Responsibilities * Create, load and maintain sales opportunities within Salesforce CRM * Maintain accurate customer,



opportunity and sales information within Salesforce * Support the B2B sales team with day to day CRM and sales administration * Triage incoming emails and sales requests and direct actions appropriately * Perform accurate data entry and maintain supporting sales documentation * Assist with customer quotations and commercial documentation where required * Support reporting and data requirements across the B2B sales function * Identify data quality issues and ensure Salesforce information remains accurate and current Candidate Experience * Previous experience supporting a B2B sales function within utilities, telecommunications or another complex corporate setting * Strong hands on Salesforce CRM experience, particularly across opportunity management, customer data maintenance and sales administration * Strong data entry, Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office capability with experience working across sales and commercial information Please note, we can only contact successfully shortlisted candidates.
