With a team of 400+ clinicians, we deliver Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Dietetics and Positive Behaviour Support across community, clinic and telehealth settings, across the whole lifespan.
Our values guide how we work every day: Progressive | Curious | Respectful | Collaborative | Informed | Purposeful About the Role We're looking for a Senior Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our Elizabeth Vale team.
Open to full-time and part time.
As a senior clinician, you'll take on a complex caseload alongside mentoring and supervision responsibilities for less experienced colleagues.
You'll be part of a genuinely multidisciplinary team, working alongside OT, Speech Pathology and other allied health disciplines.
You may also participate in a FIFO/DIDO roster to support regional SA communities, with travel and accommodation covered where required.
What You'll Be Doing Deliver behaviour support services across home, school, clinic and community settings Manage a complex caseload, including Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans and restrictive practice reporting Provide mentoring,



clinical supervision or support to junior colleagues Participate in a FIFO/DIDO roster to support regional SA communities, with travel and accommodation covered Collaborate with families, carers, educators and the broader multidisciplinary team Take part in ongoing professional development and peer collaboration What We Offer Genuine mentoring and leadership opportunities Regular clinical supervision, weekly in your first month Multidisciplinary collaboration and peer learning Achievable KPIs that support a healthy work-life balance Ongoing professional development and real career progression A national organisation with local team connection The systems and resources to support solid clinical practice What You'll Bring Current NDIS Commission suitability at Proficient level or above Significant Behaviour Support experience, with prior mentoring or supervision experience highly regarded NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check, or willingness to obtain Driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle, this role involves community-based work, so this is genuinely required Strong communication and organisational skills A collaborative and person-centred approach to practice If you're an experienced Behaviour Support Practitioner looking for a senior role with genuine mentoring opportunities and a supportive team behind you, we'd like to hear from you.
