CSSD Team Leader $***** to $*****/hr + super + NFP salary packaging Brisbane, QLD | Permanent Full Time A leading not-for-profit hospital group in Brisbane is looking for an experienced CSSD Team Leader to coordinate day-to-day sterilisation and reprocessing operations across a busy 14-theatre complex, reporting to a newly created Surgical Support Services Manager role.
About the Role Coordinate day-to-day CSSD operations, ensuring instrument reprocessing is completed within required timeframes and service standards Hold technical and clinical governance for sterilisation, disinfection and instrument reprocessing practices Prepare and maintain rosters, allocate staff and workload, and provide day-to-day supervision and coaching to CSSD Technicians and Assistants Coordinate quality assurance activities, audits and documentation, and support continuous improvement Liaise with operating theatres and clinical departments on instrument availability and service requirements What We're Looking For Certificate III in Sterilisation Services,
