This is an exciting opportunity has for an experienced Human Resources professional to join the organisation's growing People team.
Based in regional WA, this role offers the chance to partner closely with leaders across a broad portfolio, supporting both operational and strategic people initiatives that contribute directly to organisational performance and community outcomes.
This is a true hands-on partnering role where you'll influence decision-making, build leadership capability and help shape a positive, high-performing workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities Partner with leaders and employees across the full employee lifecycle Provide trusted HR advice and coaching to managers on people-related matters Support employee and industrial relations matters, including performance, conduct, conflict resolution and workplace investigations Coach and develop leaders to strengthen people leadership capability Contribute to workforce planning, organisational development and succession initiatives Support the implementation of people strategies that enhance engagement,
culture and capability Drive continuous improvement initiatives and organisational change activities Build strong stakeholder relationships to support consistent and effective people practices Promote a safe, respectful, inclusive and high-performing workplace culture About You Minimum 5 years' experience in HR, People Culture or business partnering roles Strong generalist HR capability across the full employee lifecycle Demonstrated experience partnering with leaders to drive people outcomes Sound knowledge of Western Australian industrial relations and employment legislation Proven capability managing complex employee relations matters Strong coaching, influencing and stakeholder management skills Ability to balance organisational risk with practical and commercially sound solutions Open to candidates relocating to WA What's on Offer Free company housing Additional housing allowance of approximately $12,000 Salary sacrifice opportunities Up to 21% superannuation through a generous matching scheme Six weeks annual leave Flexible working arrangements Annual wellbeing day $300 annual health and wellbeing allowance Ongoing professional development and career growth opportunities The prospect to enjoy an exceptional regional lifestyle with access to some of Australia's most spectacular natural attractions If you're an experienced HR professional looking for a lifestyle change and a truly impactful Business Partnering opportunity, we'd love to hear from you.
