THE POSITION:
Direction and leadership of the onsite F&B; team
Working efficiently and able to adapt to changing circumstances
Manage deliveries, orders, stock rotation and cleaning duties
Set up and execute successful functions
Engage with clients and customers
Shifts available across 6:30am-2:30pm, 830am-4pm, 9:30am-5:30pm or 10am-6pm
THE PERSON
Previous experience as a Food & Beverage Supervisor will be required for this role




Experienced working in functions and revenue management
Understanding of Food safety and HACCP
Solid work ethic - willing to learn and be part of a fast-paced dynamic team
Great energy, flexible approach and immaculate presentation
Must be able to work autonomously
