SEEK is seeking a Customer Support Manager for SEEK Pass to lead the day-to-day operations and drive continuous improvement as we scale. You will coach a team of permanent and contingent staff and shape support strategy using data and customer feedback.
Based in Sydney with travel as needed, you will collaborate with Engineering, Growth, Product and Marketing to deliver high-quality outcomes and leverage AI, automation and better tooling to improve service quality and efficiency.
