Orbost Regional Health is seeking applications from individuals to fulfil the position of Residential Care Nurse In Charge.
n
The Nurse In Charge (NIC) Residential Care is responsible for the delivery of high-quality person-centred care in conjunction with the Residential Care Nurse Unit Manager and Director of Clinical and Aged Care.
n




The NIC is responsible for clinical operations across residential care each shift and the oversight of the direct care team.
n
Successful applicants must possess
n
n
Registered with the Australian Health Practitioners Registration Authority as a Registered Nurse
n
Post-graduate experience of at least 3 years in residential care service
n
Have advance clinical assessment skills and be proficient at determining and timely reporting of clinical deterioration
n
Understanding of contemporary models of aged care
n
n
