We're looking for a high-performing Project Manager to take ownership of one of our major South East Melbourne projects.
n
This is more than a traditional Project Manager role. You'll be responsible for leading a team of Site Managers, driving project performance, maintaining key developer relationships and ensuring exceptional results across Safety, Quality, Build Time and ETO.

About the Role
n
Reporting to the Building Manager, you'll be responsible for:
n
Overall delivery and performance of a major residential construction project.
n
Leading, coaching and developing Site Managers.
n
Managing Stage 1 construction activities through to frame delivery.
n
Overseeing Stage 2 delivery performance through your Site Manager team.
n
Managing project workloads and overflow jobs to optimise Site Manager performance.
n
Driving KPI outcomes across Safety, Quality, Build Time and ETO.
n
Leading developer and stakeholder communications.
n




Delivering project performance reporting to both Buildlab leadership and developer partners.
n
Representing Buildlab as the key on-site contact for all project stakeholders.
