Job Description
Searchability® is seeking a hands-on Paid Search Specialist to own lead-generation campaigns for service-based clients across Australia, driving high-quality inquiries and improving ROAS.

You will manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Remarketing, and Performance Max, use GA4 and GTM for tracking, and report on CPL, CPA, and conversion rate. This is a growth path toward a senior role within the agency.
