Job Description n

PPM procedure to maintain this oldbuilding.
n
Follow the day to day maintenance tasks and report any issue to the Maintenance manager.
n
Implement and support to follow the health and safety procedure.
n
Follow daily engineering maintenance and assist in daily work
n
Ensure safe work practices, efficient operation, proper preventative maintenance and repair to equipment.
n
Schedule and document planned and unplanned maintenance programs for the various systems such as Air-conditioning & electrical, refrigeration, FLS equipment, building maintenance including furniture & fixtures, painting, parts renewal & repairs, kitchen and laundry equipment, low voltage (LV), guest rooms, F&B; outlets,front/back of the house, plumbing & drainages service

Actively contributes to guests' comfort
n
Carries out repair work as required, following specifications and handles any unexpected problems
n
Prevents problems from occurring in the hotel's technical installations
n
Implements the corrective action plans as communicated by the Maintenance Manager.
n
Follows the preventive maintenance programme
n
Applies water hygiene procedures
n




Is in contact will all hotel departments
n
Perform routine maintenance tasks such as painting (essential), plumbing, electrical work
n
Respond to maintenance requests from guests and management in a timely manner
n
Maintain inventory of supplies and equipment
n
Ensure compliance with safety regulations
n
Qualifications n
Requirements: Experience in maintenance or related field is essential - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team
