Sales Administrator
Northern Suburbs Location
$70K – 85K + Super (Pending Experience)
Monday – Friday, 8 AM – 4:30 PM (Permanent, Full-Time)

n Our client is a leading supplier of manufacturing company that provides to the mining industry with nationwide locations. As a result of ongoing business growth, they are currently seeking an additional Sales Admin to join their team to assist with customer service, ordering processing and updating their current systems.
n
What you will be responsible for?
n This role will see you working within a Sales team of about 6 people, reporting directly to the Sales Manager. Your main duties will consist of:
n
n
Respond to over the phone and email customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
n
Prepare quotes, raise purchase orders and provide updates on orders, deliveries and invoicing.
n
Process customer orders and monitor end-to-end order status, stock availability and delivery timelines.
n
Coordinate with internal teams and update CRM systems, and other business systems.
n
Assist with reporting, data management, maintaining procedures and training materials.
n
Support the General Manager and wider sales team with general administration duties
n
n




How to be successful?
n
n
n
Previous experience in sales administration, customer service or internal sales support
n
Proficient knowledge of CRM systems and Microsoft Office
n
Strong attention to detail and great communication skills
n
Confident preparing quotes, responding to enquiries and providing clear, professional customer service.
n
Full Australian working rights
n
The ability to pass a medical and drug and alcohol test
n
