Job Description
Liquid Infusion is seeking a Venue Manager for Ellora in St Kilda. The role leads daily operations across cocktails, dining, brunch and private functions, while ensuring a warm guest experience. You will coach the team, manage rosters, costings and stock, and work with the Head Chef to deliver outstanding events.
