Job Description
You'll be responsible for:

Coaching and mentoring BAs, helping develop their capability and confidence
n
Owning and continuously improving BA standards, frameworks and ways of working
n
Leading complex initiatives from discovery and requirements through to implementation and BAU handover
n
Facilitating workshops and working closely with senior and executive stakeholders
n
Translating complex business problems into practical solution options and recommendations
n
Current and future-state process mapping, gap analysis and continuous improvement
n
Producing high-quality requirements, process documentation and analysis artefacts
n
Acting as a trusted advisor across business, transformation and technology teams
n
Working across both Agile and Waterfall delivery environments
n

You'll ideally bring:
n
n




Solid end-to-end Business Analysis experience across complex transformation initiatives
n
Demonstrated experience coaching, mentoring or uplifting other BAs
n
Experience establishing or improving BA standards, templates, playbooks or quality
n
Confidence engaging with senior leaders and constructively challenging stakeholders
n
Strong workshop facilitation, requirements and process improvement capability
n
The ability to operate across both strategic thinking and detailed delivery
n
Experience across technology-enabled transformation and complex system change
n
n
