, your role will help ensure the operational activities performed by our strategic Business Banking partners meet Great Southern Bank's quality, risk,complianceand regulatory expectations.
Working across Business & Embedded Finance and with our strategic partners,you'llprovide quality assurance, reporting and insights that strengthen processes, improve customeroutcomesand support the continued growth of our digital-first business banking proposition.

You'llmake an impact by:
Executing Quality Assurance reviews across business lending, deposits, transactionalservicesand customer lifecycle activities, including financialassistance,collectionsand complaints
Working directly with strategic partners to assess the quality of operational and servicing activities performed on behalf of Great Southern Bank
Delivering meaningful reporting, analysis and insights thatidentifytrends,risksand opportunities for improvement
Supporting calibration activities with internal teams and external partners to drive consistent quality standards
Providing feedback and recommendations that strengthen processes, systems,controlsand customer outcomes
Applying your understanding of risk, compliance and regulatory requirements, including complaints management, financialassistanceand debt collection obligations
Partnering with stakeholders toidentifyand implement continuous improvements to tools,processesand ways of working

This is an opportunity to playan important rolein the growth of Great Southern Bank's digital-first Business Banking proposition.You'llwork closely with internal stakeholders and strategic partners, applying your operational and assuranceexpertiseacross a broad range of business banking activities.
You'lljoin a collaborative team where your insights will help strengthen quality, manageriskand improve the experience we provide to our business banking customers.
To succeed in this role,you'llhave:
Extensive experience across business lending, banking operations, quality assurance, complaints, financialassistanceor collections within financial services
A willingness to embrace Generative AI andemergingtechnologies, exploring new ways to automate and enhance assurance and oversight activities.
Strong knowledge of business lending, including business financial information, loanassessmentand business structures
Sound understanding of financialassistance,collectionsand relevant debt collection requirements
Strong knowledge of complaints management and RG 271 requirements
Demonstrated experience delivering Quality Assurance reviews, analysis,reportingand actionable insights
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability toidentifyrisks,trendsand improvement opportunities




Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, including the ability to work effectively with external partners
Working knowledge of relevant financial services legislation, regulatory requirements, industrystandardsand codes
Previousexperience assessing small business lending or working as a credit risk assessor will be highly regarded
