We are seeking an enthusiastic, dedicated and experienced Accommodation Service Leader to oversee the day-to-day operations of our Supported Independent Living (SIL) homes, located in the Western Suburbs, and manage a team of support workers.
About the Opportunity
In this rewarding role you will support participants with daily living activities, personal care, community participation, skill development, health and wellbeing and the achievement of individual goals.
You will work collaboratively with families and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality, person-centred supports.

To be successful you will:
Have experience supporting peoplelivingwith disability.
Demonstrate resilience, patience and a calm approach when supporting complex needs.

Candidate Requirements
Flexibilityand availabilityto work across a range of shifts.
Certificate III, CertificateIVor Diploma in sectorpreferredor a willingness to obtain.
Current First Aid and CPRcertificatesor willingness to obtain prior tocommencement of employment.
Currentdriverslicenseandacomprehensively insuredvehicle.
Valid NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtainprior tocommencement of employment.
