Yura Yungi Aboriginal Medical Service in Halls Creek is seeking a SEWB Support Worker to join the multidisciplinary team.
The role provides counselling, therapeutic support and healing activities to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples to improve social and emotional wellbeing.
You will help clients access health services, deliver culturally appropriate education, prevention and early intervention activities, and support the SEWB service model in the community.
