Mitolo Family Farmsis a leading food production company seeking experiencedForklift Driversto join our fast-paced manufacturing operations inVirginia and Penfield.

Key Responsibilities
n
n
Operate forklifts safely and efficiently in a busy production environment
n
Load, unload, and move stock and materials, including loading trucks
n
Work confidently in tight spaces and fast-moving production areas shared with pedestrians
n
Assist with general warehouse and production tasks as required
n
Maintain a strong focus on workplace safety and hygiene standards at all times
n
n
What we are looking for
n
n
Valid forklift licence with demonstrated experience in safe operation
n
Proven forklift operating experience (electric or gas forklifts)
n
Experience working in a fast-paced environment (warehouse, manufacturing, or similar preferred)
n
Strong focus on safety in tight working spaces
n
Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team
n
Strong communication skills and the ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
n

This role is not suited to newly licensed operators without practical experience.
