As a Lead Developer you will develop solutions for Continuous Improvement items as defined/discussed with Senior Tech Lead from Group Property & Group Protective Services Technology team
n
Groom Continuous Improvement items in JIRA and Confluence working along with Tech Lead
n
Create a Change Implementation Plan (CIP)
n
Implement the change on non-prod environment
n
Create a change for non-prod and prod. Coordinate with L3 team for CTASK creation for the Deployment
n
Coordinate with Testing team (as applicable) for SIT and UAT
n
Coordinate with Business to provide solution overview along with Tech Lead (so need a Lead Developer)
n
Ability to work with vendor to discuss on solution/problem statement
n
n
Primary Skills:
n
Min 10 years of IT experience
n
Tech skills - VB.Net, VB script, MS SQL or MySQL, Rest API, PowerShell, HTML
n
Operating System: Basic awareness of Windows/Linux
n




Knowledge of Jira, Confluence
n
n
Secondary Skills
n
Good to have Tech skills: ServiceNow, DevOps, Bit Bucket, GIT, Splunk
n
Valuable to have OS skills: Windows/Linux (example: IIS, TCP Ports, Registries, Firewall, Security (permissions), Active Directory, Able to verify logs, access system, able to run scripts, File systems, etc)
n
Excellent communication skill both verbal and written, to coordinate with Business and Technology teams
n
Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
n
Document the development work in Confluence, word doc.
n
Proficient in Change Management skills
n
Awareness of Agile methodology
n
Abel to understand the bigger picture and prepare Impact analysis before providing solutions
