Our client is seeking an enthusiastic and personable client services officer to join their Mackay office. This is a key front-facing role where you'll be the first point of contact for clients while also providing essential administrative support to a busy and collaborative team of Partners, Accountants and support staff.

The Role:

n
Take ownership of front office operations and overall client experience
n
n
n
n
Welcome clients with professionalism, warmth and a high level of service
n
n
n
n
Manage appointments, phone calls, emails and general client communications
n
n
n
n
Process client records, correspondence and maintain accurate documentation
n
n
n
n
Provide administrative support to Partners, Accountants, and the wider team
n
n
n
n
Ensure smooth day-to-day running of reception and office functions
n
n
About You:
n
n
n
4+ years of previous experience in reception, administration or customer service role
n
n
n
n
Strong verbal and written communication skills with a professional presentation




n
n
n
n
Confident in managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
n
n
n
n
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
n
n
n
n
High attention to detail and solid organisational skills
n
n
n
n
Proactive, reliable, and a strong team player with a positive attitude
n
